12-days, departing 10th each month - US$1 300.00 per person.
DAY 1:
Arrive at Harare International Airport. You will be met at the airport and transported to Harare Coronation Lodges (5km from the city center). The day will be spent relaxing, and your guide, driver and cook will see to your every need. Overnight in the lodge.
DAY 2:
Depart Harare for Mana Pools. This is a World Heritage Site protected from undue development and home to a diverse variety of animals. Common animals include Buffalo and Elephant, grazing/browsing in the Zambezi River flood plains. Predators include Lion, Hyena and Wild Dog. Game drive in 4 x 4 vehicles, and / or walk with experienced guides. Overnight in tents.
DAY 3:
Morning game drive. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon game drive and dinner. Overnight in tents.
DAY 4:
As above.
DAY 5:
Depart for Kariba after a morning game drive and breakfast. Arrive in Kariba in time for lunch. Evening boat cruise on Lake Kariba - one of the world's largest man-made lakes. Overnight in lodges.
DAY 6:
Morning - City and Dam Wall Tour after breakfast. Transfer to airport mid-morning for flight to Hwange National Park. You will be met at Hwange by your guide and transferred to Hwange Main Camp. Lunch and then afternoon game drive in open 4 x 4 vehicles. Return to the camp at sunset, dinner and then overnight. You have the option of a secluded tented camp inside the park or lodges at Main Camp.
DAY 7:
Early wake up call for tea / coffee, followed by a 3-hour game drive. Breakfast, rest and lunch at midday, then late afternoon 3-hour game drive, and return to camp. Dinner and then overnight in tents.
DAY 8:
As for DAY 7.
DAY 9:
Morning game drive. Breakfast and then depart Hwange for Victoria Falls. Arrive Victoria Falls at lunchtime, picnic and then tour of the Falls. In the evening witness a spectacular dance at an African Village. Dinner and overnight in a lodge.
DAY10:
Breakfast. FREE day. Dinner and overnight in lodge. Option: white water rafting, canoeing or bunji jumping at own cost.
DAY11: Breakfast. Transfer back to Harare, arriving nightfall. Overnight in a lodge.
DAY12:
Breakfast. Afternoon FREE for shopping etc. Evening transfer to Harare International Airport.
